Scope of Work

Before initiating any project, we will:

Any additional services beyond the original scope will be quoted separately.

Timelines & Delivery

We strive to deliver all work within the agreed timeline. Delays caused by the client (e.g., late responses or missing inputs) may affect the schedule.

Work is delivered via email, unless another format is mutually agreed upon.

Revisions

Most services include one or two rounds of revisions, valid for a fixed number of days after delivery (as defined in the project scope).

Revisions must be based on the original brief. Requests for significant structural changes or new content will be treated as a new request and charged accordingly.

Payments

• All services are billed in advance or in agreed milestones.
• Fees are communicated clearly before starting the project.
• Payment confirms your acceptance of our service terms and deliverables.
• We do not offer refunds once the work has started.

Confidentiality

All academic documents, data, and correspondence are treated as strictly confidential. We do not share, sell, or reuse client content under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to anonymise and use feedback or general project trends for internal training or improvement purposes only—never your actual content.

Authorship & Originality

All work produced is based on your inputs and remains your intellectual property once delivered. We do not claim authorship or credit for your academic work.

We do not create fake data, plagiarise, or engage in any service that violates university or publisher policies.

Use of Website & Limitation of Liability

All content on this website—text, graphics, logos, design—is the property of Blue Dot Research and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without written permission.

Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

We are not liable for:

• University or journal rejection decisions
• Delays or losses caused by third-party tools or platforms
• Misuse of delivered content after project completion

Our responsibility is limited to the scope of services explicitly agreed upon at the time of project confirmation.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India.
